Vishnu Vardhan Maram is a Level-3 Certified Yoga teacher and Evaluator under the yoga certification board of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. With over a decade of experience in practicing and teaching yoga, he is the founder of Ekalavya Yogalaya, a venture that offers one-on-one and group yoga training programs, as well as yoga teacher training programs. Before embarking on his journey as a yoga instructor, Vishnu had over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, working in various domains such as banking, insurance, telecom, and health. He was trained in the ancient tradition of yoga and meditation by The Art of Living Foundation, and has completed a 350-hour yoga certification program at Sri Sri School of Yoga, Bangalore. Vishnu is a proactive individual who enjoys taking initiatives and leading from the front. He has experience in organizing citizens' awareness programs and has worked for Volunteers for Better India (VBI). He completed a PG diploma in Rural Development Management course from NIRD and served the Uttarakhand Government for a year in NRLM project. He also worked with Art of Living organization as a State Coordinator for Emergency Health Care. Vishnu has trained over 10,000 individuals in yoga, including corporate employees, public places, colleges, schools, rural areas, and institutions. He is passionate about taking up new challenges and perseveres through difficult times with a smile. In terms of education, Vishnu holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Osmania University, a Masters Diploma in Rural Development from the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (NIRD&PR), a PG diploma in Environment and Sustainability from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), and a Masters in Good Governance and Public Policy from Sri Sri University. He also completed his intermediate and high school education from Rajdhani Jr College and Prashanthi Vidyaniketan, respectively.
